Beyond your statutory cancellation rights, we promise you our unrestricted guarantee for the guaranteed quality and flawless functionality of the product you have purchased. However, should it happen that the product does not meet the advertised standards despite regular and proper use, we are obliged to either repair it free of charge or replace it with brand new goods. Your satisfaction is our utmost concern and we stand firmly behind our promise of quality.
The warranty period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the last goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods on time.
The goods must be returned to the following address:

The goods are returned at your risk.
The goods do not have to be in their original packaging.
We bear the costs for sending the goods there and back.
In accordance with the aforementioned conditions, we will send you the repaired or a new item immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the time the goods arrived at our premises. In addition, we may reimburse you for the costs incurred for delivery of the product. We will also reimburse the costs if the product can no longer be repaired or the replacement cannot be delivered on time.
We would like to emphasize that we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction to refund shipping costs, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Your trust in our products is important to us and we want to ensure that your satisfaction always comes first.
The manufacturer's guarantee does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or any rights you may be entitled to due to defects.
